Job summary

Insomnia Cookies seeks a Bike Delivery Courier for our Raleigh Downtown location on Fayetteville St. You will be the visible face delivering the Cookie Magic to fans, ensuring orders are accurate and delivered quickly and safely.

Responsibilities include checking orders, delivering cookies, milk, and ice cream, and delivering excellent customer service both in person and by phone. A valid US work status, a personal bicycle, and a smartphone with data are required.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 1+ mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted).
• Must have a smartphone with data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

As a Bike Delivery Courier at our new Raleigh Downtown store located on Fayetteville St., you are our “Boots on the ground!”, and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.
