Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Bike Delivery Driver for the Penn Station NYC bakery. You’ll be boots on the ground, delivering our cookie magic with speed and a smile.

You will check orders for quality, deliver cookies, milk and ice cream within a small zone, and provide friendly service while using the delivery app to update customers.

This part-time role requires a own non-motorized bicycle, a smartphone with data, and legal eligibility to work in the United States (18+).

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of a 1-mile radius around the store is a plus
• Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order
• Electronic bikes are not permitted
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to our fans in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

As a Bike Delivery Driver at our Penn Station NYC bakery, you are our “Boots on the ground!” and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A DELIVERY COURIER?

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fan base, in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.
