Job summary

Insomnia Cookies in Greenville, NC is hiring a Delivery Driver who brings Cookie Magic to fans daily. You’ll check orders, deliver cookies, milk and ice cream promptly and safely while delivering friendly, professional service in person or by phone.

Requirements include knowing the 2-mile store radius, having your own car, valid license, registration and insurance, a smartphone with data, ability to pass a background check, and being 18+.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 2-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Must have your own car, license, valid registration, and valid insurance.
• Must pass a motor vehicles background check.
• Must have a smartphone with data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers.
• Use delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

As a Delivery Driver at our Greenville store located at 116 E 5th St, Greenville NC 27858, you are our “Boots on the ground!”, and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers
