We are actively interviewing for a Bike Delivery Courier at our Downtown Providence store located at 259 Weybosset St, Providence RI 02903. As a Bike Courier, you are the main face our customers see outside the bakery, delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A DELIVERY COURIER?

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interactions with customers, in person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!
• Must have your own bike in working order
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed
