Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Bike Delivery Courier in Williamsburg, NY. As a Bike Courier, you are the Boots on the ground, delivering the Cookie Magic to fans wherever they are with a non-motorized bicycle.

You will check orders, deliver cookies and desserts on time, provide quality customer service, and use our delivery app to update customers with accurate status. Must have a smartphone, US work eligibility, and be 20+. Part-time with flexible schedules and pay-on-demand perks.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management able to handle multiple deliveries.
• Own a non-motorized bicycle in working order.
• Have a smartphone with active data plan.
• Be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Be at least 20 years old at the time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for accuracy before leaving the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to customers promptly and safely.
• Provide friendly customer service in-person or by phone.
• Use the delivery app and provide status updates per company standards.

Williamsburg, NY location. As a Bike Courier, you are our “Boots on the ground!”, and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the Cookie Magic to our fans wherever they are.

WHAT WILL I DO AS A DELIVERY COURIER?

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver our cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fanbase, in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers whether in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes are not permitted)
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus!
• Must have a smartphone with data plan
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Must be 20 years or older to be employed
