Job summary

Insomnia Cookies is seeking a Bike Delivery Courier for our Williamsburg, NY location. As a delivery courier, you will bring warm cookies and ice cream to our fans, providing friendly service and on-time deliveries.

Candidates should have a bike, a smartphone, and be at least 18, eligible to work in the US. We offer pay-on-demand, flexible part-time schedules, and other perks.

Qualifications

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Must have your own non-motorized bicycle in working order (electronic bikes not permitted).
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Must have a smartphone with data plan.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must be 18 years or older to be employed.

Responsibilities

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk and ice cream to our loyal fanbase, in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to approved company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

As a Bike Courier, you are our “Boots on the ground!”, and the main face that our Insomniacs see outside of the bakery! You give the word “Delivery” a whole new meaning by delivering the “Cookie Magic” to our fans wherever they are.
