The role offers flexible scheduling and part-time opportunities with pay transitioning to a piece-rate model after training. As you learn products and techniques, earnings can rise from $17–$25 per hour, with experienced techs earning upwards of $30/hour based on

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude for hands-on assembly work.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and cordless tools safely.
• Willingness to stand, lift, and work on a fast-paced line.

Responsibilities

• Assemble bicycles and other merchandise per manufacturer instructions.
• Repair products and maintain build quality for retailer guidelines.
• Complete invoices and communicate with the Area Manager.
• Maintain a safe, clean workspace and meet productivity targets.
