Big Night Entertainment Group is hosting open interviews for our available security officer positions!

We will be hosting open interviews on Wednesday, September 23rd, 2026 from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm at The Grand for security opportunities at the following locations:

• The Grand
• Empire
• BSMNT
• Scorpion Bar Patriot Place

Requirements

This job might be for you if you demonstrate the following abilities and meet the following qualifications:

• At least 1 year previous security experience in a high-volume, upscale food and beverage environment and/or nightclub
• Must be able to pass Big Night Entertainment Group's requirements in regards to legal background check
• You present a neat and professional appearance
• Ability to communicate effectively and accurately with customers, the public and co-workers
• Ability to demonstrate teamwork with other staff members
• You have flexibility with schedule which includes availability to work nights, weekends and holidays
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
• Proven ability to de-escalate issues
