Job summary

Big SNOW American Dream is seeking an energetic Lift Attendant to ensure guest safety and assist with lift operations on our winter attractions. You will greet guests, monitor loading/unloading, and help maintain equipment and snow areas while promoting safety best practices.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to deal effectively with guests.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to shovel and remove snow from lift areas.
• Must be able to be in cold temperatures (constant 28 degrees) for long periods.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be willing to speak in front of large groups of people.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to great service.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Enforce and follow safety procedures for the team and our guests.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Blazer/Guide.

How the Lift Attendant works with the Team:

Lift Attendant aides and ensures the safety of guests and our equipment. They are responsible for greeting, supervising, and assisting guests as they utilize our lifts and lift assisted attractions.
