Job summary

KBR's National Security Solutions team seeks a Big Data Systems Engineer to support CHEETAS deployment across DoD ranges and labs, collaborating with system admins and developers to ensure successful integration. You will be the frontline interface for customers during CHEETAS deployment, coordinating deployment issues and ensuring smooth operation in diverse DoD environments, with travel as needed.

Must have active TS/SCI clearance, a STEM bachelor’s degree, and 10 years of DoD experience,

Active TS/SCI clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields and 10 years DoD experience.
3 years Experience with SQL Server Big Data Cluster and Linux/Windows server stacks.
5 years of hands-on experience in big data environments.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

Responsibilities

Deploy and integrate CHEETAS in DoD ranges and labs.
Collaborate with system admins and software developers to resolve deployment issues.
Act as customer-facing CHEETAS deployment SME and document procedures.
Coordinate cross-functional work across DoD environments with varying hardware/ecosystems.
