• Must possess practical experience with Hadoop / MapReduce / Cascading / Hive / HDFS.
• Experience with large database interactions.
• Extensive knowledge and experience with cloud and virtualization technologies, solutions and architecture with a keen focus on, and experience with, Big Data and Analytics.
• Understanding of high performance computing and cloud scalability and understanding of cloud provisioning.
• Demonstrated experience and ability to deliver results quickly and correctly in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects.
• Strong trouble‑shooting and problem‑solving skills with a logical and pragmatic attitude.
• Excellent communication, strong leadership, mentor and interpersonal skills.
