SUMMARY

• Apache Hadoop Cluster, Apache Hive, Big Data Analytics, e-Commerce (PayPal, eBay, Amazon), Pig, Hive, Spark, MapReduce, Oozie, Sqoop, Impala, Cassandra, NoSQL
• 7 - 10 years+ of Architect level experience with establishing client requirements, creating a road map
• 7 - 10 years+ expertise designing, developing and optimizing Big Data solutions using Hadoop stack: Hive, Spark and Pig and related tools.
• Strong data analytics capability with extracting high volumes of data and translating that into insights.
• Ability to change pivots and work in a super charged environment.
• Prepare presentations with insights.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.

Preferred (but NOT required)

• Industry experience with PayPal, eBay, Amazon or related e-Commerce product based companies.
• Experience with MapReduce, Cassandra and NoSQL / MongoDB or R statistical analytics.
