Job summary

Raineri Construction is seeking a detail-oriented Preconstruction Coordinator to support estimating and preconstruction teams in creating complete, responsive bid packages. This full-time, in-office role in St. Louis offers a starting salary of $60,000, negotiable based on experience.

The role involves organizing bid documents, coordinating with teams, and ensuring timely submission across plan rooms and bid portals. A construction-related degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

Associate degree in a construction-related field; or
Two or more years of experience in construction administration, preconstruction support, estimating support, project coordination, or a similar administrative role.

Responsibilities

Set up and organize bid files and documents in appropriate systems.
Review project documents, specifications, invitations to bid, addenda, RFI responses, and updates.
Prepare and maintain bidding documents, bid forms, schedules of values, and fillable forms.
Create and update calendar appointments for pre-bid meetings and milestones.
Coordinate bid bonds and required insurance or bonding documentation.
Register on plan holder lists, plan rooms, and bid portals.
Monitor plan rooms and bid portals for updates and communicate changes toEstimating team.
Maintain bid log and track revisions, requirements, and deadlines.
Assist with subcontractor engagement and vendor setup.
Coordinate with Estimators to populate forms and submit complete bid packages.
Prepare or update marketing materials and qualification information for bids.
