Job description

Work with Sr. Managers to lead day-to-day biddable media activation and brand-level campaign stewardship across channels for assigned Inspire Brands businesses. The Manager partners with Associate Managers and Specialists, to translate approved media plans into accurate launches, disciplined financial management, relevant optimizations, and clear performance communication. The role also develops junior team members and ensures core operational, brand-suitability, measurement, and quality-assurance processes are consistently followed.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a primary resource for Ad Operations, Integrated Marketing Communications, Media Strategy & Planning, creative agencies, other Demand Generation teams, agency partners, and external media partners on trafficking, campaign timing, and in-market status questions.
  • Provide first-line troubleshooting support for Associate Managers and Specialists, escalating higher-risk or unresolved issues to the Senior Manager as appropriate.
  • Own and maintain an accurate, current Demand Generation status document and lead channel status meetings.
  • Conduct initial quality assurance across campaigns and channels, confirming that approved budgets, creative, audiences, targeting, dates, naming conventions, and tracking requirements are reflected accurately.
  • Oversee messaging grids, trafficking sheets, creative workbooks, launch trackers, and related activation documentation to ensure required steps are completed by Associate Managers and Specialists.
  • Manage boosting and partner-led creative development processes, with Associate Managers responsible for day-to-day execution.
  • Support development of annual and ad hoc brand media plans, including initial budget allocation, strategic thought starters, assigned presentation sections, and alignment to the approved media objectives with the Senior Manager.
  • Facilitate the initial audience waterfall during planning with Associate Managers to align audience scale and saturation with campaign goals.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager to recommend mid-flight budget, creative, audience, and targeting changes; direct execution with Associate Managers and verify changes are reflected in platform, the launch tracker, the Media Authorization Form, and stakeholder communications.
  • Proactively analyze campaign and sales performance, identify meaningful opportunities or risks, and direct relevant optimizations across the team.
  • Conduct weekly pacing reviews with Associate Managers and ensure Media Authorization Form updates are completed at least monthly.
  • Determine recommended application of available advertising-value credits for Senior Manager approval.
  • Lead the working relationship with the analytics team and support Associate Managers during biweekly performance discussions focused on results, best practices, and next steps.
  • Participate in Media Effectiveness Framework meetings, translate implications for biweekly media performance discussions, and own assigned framework inputs with Associate Managers.
  • Ensure digital verification processes are followed and maintained, including brand safety and suitability, viewability, out-of-geo monitoring, and required creative reporting.
  • Provide a weekly translation of sales reporting for the broader team and lead biweekly optimization discussions with the larger pod based on sales performance. Connect channel activity, media performance, sales signals, and partner opportunities into clear recommendations for the Senior Manager and broader pod.
  • Present brand and channel performance in quarterly business reviews and own competitive performance tracking and communication.
  • Validate that partner benefit and pacing trackers are updated according to established timelines.
  • Steward relationships with assigned media partners and maintain partner status communications in collaboration with brand and channel leads.
  • Own scheduling and end-to-end coordination of Joint Business Plan partner quarterly business reviews and partner visits.
  • Serve as a direct point of contact for Specialist development, growth, and workload balance.
  • Delegate training responsibilities to Associate Managers based on team capacity while keeping continuous learning a priority.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
  • Required minimum: Bachelor's degree.
Experience Qualification
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in digital media, biddable media, media buying, or campaign activation.
  • Hands-on experience supporting campaigns across one or more biddable channels, such as paid search, paid social, programmatic, or biddable third-party delivery media.
  • Experience managing budgets, pacing, quality assurance, campaign optimization, performance reporting, and cross-functional deliverables.
  • Experience coaching or developing junior team members and coordinating work across multiple stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience solving problems and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Knowledge, Skills Or Abilities
  • Ability to lead teams, influence cross-functional partners, and deliver results through others.
  • Strong understanding of digital media activation, campaign operations, performance optimization, measurement, and financial stewardship.
  • Excellent project management skills; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is important.
  • Ability to translate campaign, partner, and sales performance into clear insights, recommendations, and next steps.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities, maintain attention to detail, and meet project deadlines.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
