Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Tendering Leader to guide a team through high-value opportunities in the U.S. locations, including Nashville, Dallas, and Houston. The role focuses on strategy, governance, coaching, and delivering winning tender responses to drive growth.

You will own complex tender processes, manage stakeholder relationships, and help scale the organization while remaining hands-on when needed.

Qualifications

• Approximately 8+ years of combined tendering, bid management, proposal management, and/or leadership experience.
• Experience in Electrical Distribution, Power Systems, Digital Power, or Engineered Projects.
• Demonstrated people leadership, coaching, and team development.
• Experience managing complex commercial opportunities and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and enable a team of Tender Managers to build a high-performing tendering organization.
• Own tendering governance and ensure compliance with processes, policies, and governance requirements.
• Drive performance and accountability for tender outcomes, deliverables, and results.
• Partner with commercial, legal, contracts, and business stakeholders throughout bid processes.
