Qualifications

• Experience preparing project estimates and bid packages.
• Ability to analyze drawings, specs and proposals for accuracy.
• Experience coordinating subcontractor and vendor bids.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in preparing team estimates following SOPs.
• Attend project meetings to ensure complete, accurate estimates delivered to client.
• Analyze drawings and docs to prepare estimates on assigned projects.
• Solicit bids from subcontractors and suppliers and ensure coverage goals.
• Coordinate site visits and prepare bid packages in iSqFt/Excel.
• Organize bid data to cover scope, risk, and alternates.
