Menemsha Development seeks a detail-oriented professional to administer and coordinate subcontractor bid coverage throughout the estimating process for bid or negotiated projects. Reports to Lead Bid Coordinator and works with Estimating and Project teams.
80% of the time is phone solicitation and follow-up to secure subcontractor coverage. This role requires reading construction documents, strong organization, and excellent communication.

Administers and coordinates the activities in support of obtaining subcontractor bid coverage throughout the estimating process for either bid or negotiated client projects. Reports directly to Lead Bid Coordinator /and works in conjunction with the Estimating and Project teams. 80% of the job is phone solicitation and follow-up to ensure subcontractor coverage.
General office environment.
Must be able to lift and carry plans, drawings and blueprints weighing up to 40 lbs.
