Pike Corporation is seeking a Bid Analyst to support RFP setup, data management and operational reporting on-site in Mount Airy, NC or Charlotte, NC, reporting to the Director of Contracting Management. You will provide data, clerical and administrative support while maintaining confidentiality and prioritizing multiple tasks.

The role requires a High School Diploma with 1–3 years in construction, strong MS Office skills, and experience with Procore is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and minimum of 1-3 years of related construction industry work experience; Four-year degree is preferred
• Handle highly confidential information and exercise discretion and independent judgment
• Working knowledge of computers and MS Office applications; Procore experience preferred
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to compose documents
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Maintain priorities and multi-project support

Responsabilités

• Provide data collection and RFP/RFI entry into Procore; manage internal spreadsheets/databases for reporting purposes
• Create, update, maintain and communicate various reporting and tracking metrics
• Troubleshoot data integrity or inconsistency issues
• Manage document submissions and record retention
• Communicate verbally and in writing to multiple internal departments
• Regular attendance is required
