Job summary

Bike513 in Cincinnati is seeking a friendly sales associate to help customers choose bikes and accessories and to deliver excellent in-store service.

You will join a small, customer-focused team, learn our proven sales process, and assist with inventory, orders, and showroom presentation. Training provided, with opportunities for demo rides and industry discounts.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate good communication skills in person and over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and phone support with customers.
• Restock inventory and keep showroom organized.

• Assist with minor bike repairs, assembly, and accessory installs.

What You'll Do

Giving great customer service in person as well as on the phone. Applicated will also be responsible for restocking inventory, processing orders and keeping showroom clean and organized. Mechanically inclined person is ideal as this position can sometimes require minor bike repairs, bike assemble and installation of accessories.

Nice To Haves

Previous bicycle shop experience is nice to have but not required. We have a unique sales process and like to have all team members selling bikes the same way so we will train you.
