Job summary

Volvo Group is seeking a Co-Op in Business Intelligence UI/UX (Spring 2027) located in Greensboro, NC. You will design and develop Power BI dashboards, applying UI/UX principles and translating business requirements into compelling data stories.

The role focuses on supply chain insights, data modeling support, and scalable BI solutions. Ideal candidates are enrolled students with 2 years of Power BI experience, proficient in SQL, and familiar with Power Automate/Power Apps.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled student pursuing a degree
Completed 30 semester hours before internship starts
Minimum cumulative GPA 2.75
2 years of Power BI development experience
Strong UI/UX, data visualization, and storytelling skills
Experience with Power Tools (Power Automate, Power Apps) and SQL

Responsibilities

Design and develop interactive Power BI dashboards delivering insights across supply chain functions.
Apply UI/UX design principles to create visually engaging dashboards.
Translate requirements into impactful data stories and visual narratives.
Simplify complex data into clear visuals and executive summaries.
Ensure dashboards perform well with accurate data and fast refreshes.
Build and maintain documentation and design standards for Power BI visuals.
