Qualifications

• Data analytics using Excel, SQL, Toad, and API interactions; Python or R preferred.
• BI dashboard development in Power BI or Tableau.
• Ability to translate data analytics into executive-level insights.
• Experience in financial services and automotive sectors desirable.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage VCFS reporting module for sales, finance, market share and customer metrics.
• Coordinate data streams, FTP uploads, file extracts and delivery dates for reporting.
• Develop automated workflows to enhance audits and budgeting processes.
• Handle retailer inquiries on Volvo360, pricing and eligibility.
• Review and automate VCFS bonus/incentive programs for timely reimbursement.
• Audit VCFS Lease Pull Ahead inquiries monthly.
• Support VCUSA and VCFS remarketing data using AutoVIN inspections.
