Job summary

The Campbell's Company is seeking a motivated BI Modeling and Visualization Engineer intern to join our data team. This co-op role offers hands-on experience with a data warehouse during a Snowflake to Databricks transition, focusing on actionable metrics in Power BI.

You will learn cloud and SaaS reporting, collaborate with BI, AI, and Platform teams in an Agile environment, and gain exposure to Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake in enterprise-scale deployments.

Qualifications

• Current graduate student in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Foundational programming skills in writing moderately complex SQL.
• Familiarity with AI concepts through coursework or personal projects.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a high degree of technical curiosity.
• Eager to learn in a rapidly evolving field and able to adapt to new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Model Performance and Tuning: determine best DirectQuery vs Import for table ingestion in Power Query.
• Collaborate with Agile Teams to build enterprise reporting from Databricks and Snowflake.
• Explore External Tools to improve throughput of reporting development.
• Document AI Architectures: document model schemas, API integrations, and governance standards.
