Job summary

Liliʻuokalani Trust in Hawaii is seeking a BI Solutions Engineer to turn organizational data into trusted insights. You will design data models and pipelines, write optimized SQL, and integrate data from multiple systems to deliver analytics products that support decision-making for Native Hawaiian youth programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 3+ years in BI, data analytics, or data engineering in a nonprofit or mission-driven setting.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with relational databases or cloud warehouses.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports with KPI visibility.
• Write and optimize SQL queries against the data warehouse for ad hoc and recurring needs.
• Manage analytics product lifecycle from intake to retirement and adoption.
• Build data models and pipelines, integrating multiple systems into analysis-ready datasets.
