Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Professional experience developing reports or dashboards with Microsoft Power BI.
• Working knowledge of DAX, Power Query, Excel, and relational databases.
• Experience gathering requirements and collaborating with business users or leadership.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, test, and publish Power BI reports, dashboards, datasets, and data models.
• Meet with stakeholders to understand needs, definitions, and outcomes before development.
• Perform QA and validate report accuracy, calculations, and data relationships.
• Investigate discrepancies and root causes with stakeholders.
• Support projects from planning through implementation and automation.
• Communicate progress, blockers, and changes clearly to teams.
• Develop workflow automations using Microsoft 365 tools.
• Evaluate and improve existing reports and processes.
• Maintain documentation for reports, data sources, and processes.
