The role connects purchasing, sales, and operations to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies. You will analyze inventory, review item requests, and champion BI and analytics platforms.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and deep BI tool knowledge, plus strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. On-site/offices in North Little Rock support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher is required.
• Strong knowledge of Power BI, Excel, Forms, Smartsheet, and other BI tools.
• Good verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with diverse teams.
• Self-motivated with ability to multitask and manage priorities.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between sales, purchasing, and operations.
• Analyze inventory levels, sales initiatives, and operational processes.
• Review new item requests, special orders, and days on hand.
• Collaborate with department leaders to identify opportunities and reduce expenses.
• Lead training for Power BI, Excel, AI platforms, and analytics tools.
