Job summary

Ben E. Keith invites applications for a Sales, Purchasing & Operations Analyst in North Little Rock, AR. The role connects purchasing, sales, and operations to drive process improvements and cost efficiencies. You will analyze inventory, review item requests, and champion BI and analytics platforms.

Required are a Bachelor’s degree and deep BI tool knowledge, plus strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. On-site/offices in North Little Rock support daily operations.

Qualifications

Position Summary and Responsibilities:

he Sales, Purchasing & Operations Analyst will act as a liaison between purchasing, sales, and operations to identify issues and communicate with department heads to correct and/or improve processes. The S, P & O Analyst will also perform other duties as assigned by the Assistant General Managers and General Manager.

• Act as a liaison between sales, purchasing, and operations.
• Conduct analysis of inventory levels, sales initiatives, operational processes, etc.
• Analyze new item requests, special orders, and product days on hand.
• Work with department leaders to identify opportunities and develop processes to reduce expenses and increase income.
• Champion all training for Power BI, Excel, AI platforms, and other systems used for analytics.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Deep knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Excel, Forms, Smartsheet, and other business intelligence tools.
• Must have a strong positive attitude and the ability to work well with others.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to relate to all types of people and levels in and outside the organization.
• Must be self-motivated.
• Must be able to multitask.

Physical Requirements

• Must work in branch office on daily basis. Branch office located in North Little Rock, AR

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
• Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 20 lbs
