Job summary

Amazon Logistics is seeking a seasoned Business Intelligence Engineer to design, build, and operate data warehouse and BI solutions in a global, fast-growing environment.

You will partner with operations, data engineering, and analytics teams to deliver insights on delivery performance, cost, and process improvements, while mentoring a team of BI professionals and driving scalable reporting across AMZL.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of data analysis with Redshift/Oracle/NoSQL.
• Experience with Tableau or QuickSight for visualization.
• Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipelines.
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting with Python for data processing.
• Experience with statistical analysis packages (R, SAS, Matlab).

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver end-to-end BI solutions.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering and SDEs to define AMZL data and BI needs.
• Work with operations teams to identify BI capabilities and projects.
• Lead and develop a team of BI Engineers and Analysts.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations and recommend improvements.
• Develop queries and visualizations for ad-hoc requests and ongoing reporting.
