Sammons Industrial, LLC is seeking a hands-on Business Intelligence Engineer to strengthen data foundations across Briggs and SitePro brands. You will design and maintain Fabric pipelines, notebooks, Lakehouse, and medallion architecture, enabling reliable insights.

The role requires 3–5 years in data/BI engineering, strong SQL, Python, Power BI, and collaboration with IT and analytics teams. Hybrid schedule in Dallas, with competitive pay and ESOP benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in data engineering/BI engineering or related field.
• Strong Microsoft Fabric expertise and ownership of data pipelines.
• Advanced SQL and Python abilities, with experience in data transformations and dimensional modeling.
• Power BI experience and familiarity with Git-based source control or DevOps practices.

Responsabilités

• Own and strengthen the data foundation with Fabric pipelines, notebooks, Lakehouse and Warehouse solutions.
• Transform data to insights using SQL, Python, and dimensional modeling; support Power BI semantic models.
• Monitor data processes, troubleshoot issues, and maintain reliable data solutions with testing and documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, Reporting & Analytics, and business teams to improve data quality and enable advanced analytics.
