Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to build and maintain data and analytic solutions that turn data into knowledge. You will work with BI tools like Tableau and Qlik, develop data models, and deliver reporting that informs decision making.

Requires a BA/BS and at least 1 year in analytics or BI, plus hands-on SQL/Python/R and data visualization experience. On-site role in Little Rock, AR.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in business, CS, IS, math, or stats, or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of analytics, data modeling, or BI experience preferred.
• Experience with BI tools (Tableau, QlikView/Qlik Sense, SAS, Power BI).
• Knowledge of data sources and database structures.
• Programming skills in SQL, Python, or R.
• Experience with Excel or Google Sheets and BI visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Use BI tools to create applications and data models for reporting needs.
• Develop reporting scripts to import data from various sources.
• Identify dependencies and downstream impacts of changes in reporting apps.
• Suggest alternative data solutions when applicable.
• Communicate with users to validate effectiveness and conduct testing.
• Adapt to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools in a high-growth org.
• Ensure data validation for integrity and reliability.
• Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to deliver solutions.
• Initiate collaborative relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
• Research and brainstorm development opportunities.
