Job summary

Piedmont Healthcare is seeking a BI Analyst to develop dashboards and data solutions that support organizational initiatives. You will help promote business intelligence capabilities across the organization and drive adoption of Tableau among end-users, while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive data.

The role emphasizes staying current with new technologies to improve BI processes and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver insights that drive decisions in a healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, or related field required.
• 1 year of data analysis experience including data visualization or modeling required.
• Strong spreadsheet, database, and programming knowledge; ETL and decision support systems experience preferred.
• Tableau and SQL Server experience preferred, Tableau certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop dashboards and data solutions in alignment with Piedmont Healthcare initiatives.
• Promote and expand business intelligence capabilities within Piedmont Healthcare.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, employee and company data.

Responsibilities

Responsible for developing dashboards and data solutions in conjunction with key Piedmont Healthcare initiatives. Assists with the development and promotion of business intelligence functions within Piedmont Healthcare. Maintains strict confidentiality with all patient, employee and company information. Stays informed on new technologies and identifies opportunities to improve Business Intelligence processes. Proactively seeks opportunities to increase usage of Tableau among current end-users.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree from a recognized college or university in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or closely-related field Required

Work Experience

• 1 year of analysis work including Data Visualization and or Data Modeling, preferably in a multi-entity healthcare provider environment. Required
• Possesses advanced computer skills with a very strong knowledge of spreadsheet programs, databases, programming languages, ETL, and decision support systems Required
• Tableau and SQL Server experience. Preferred
• Basic knowledge of statistical algorithms and packages. Preferred
