JMT Technology Group is seeking a BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions across multiple projects. You will transform raw data into meaningful insights and build scalable dashboards and reports to drive business decisions.

The role requires strong DAX/Power Query, SQL proficiency, and experience with Git-based workflows. Hybrid office environment and opportunities for professional growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience designing and developing BI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query.
• 2+ years of designing and developing SQL solutions.
• 1+ years of experience using Git-based source control and collaborative development practices.
• Experience using Visual Studio Code and command-line interfaces.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis to gather BI report requirements across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into BI solutions.
• Design and develop ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Integrate data and reports with Tableau and Power BI for enterprise reporting.
• Mentor and support junior BI developers, provide code reviews and guidance.
• Provide estimates for development tasks and contribute to CI/CD processes.
• Attend training to stay current with industry trends and new BI tools.
