Job summary

JMT Technology Group is seeking a BI Developer to design, develop, and maintain BI solutions of medium to high complexity. You will transform raw data into meaningful insights and build scalable dashboards and reports that drive business decisions.

The role requires strong BI experience, SQL, and proficiency with DAX and Power Query, with opportunities to work across Tableau and Power BI in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience designing and developing Business Intelligence solutions.
• Strong proficiency in DAX and Power Query.
• 2+ years of designing and developing SQL solutions.
• 1+ years of experience using Git-based source control and collaborative development practices.
• Experience with code-centric development environments using tools like Visual Studio Code and CLIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform business analysis to gather BI report requirements across projects.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data needs into BI solutions.
• Design and develop ETL processes to ensure data accuracy and timely delivery.
• Create data marts using dbt to support reporting and analytics.
• Integrate data and reports with Tableau and Power BI.
