Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking an experienced BIDeveloper (Fabric / Power BI) in Charlotte, NC (onsite). The role focuses on supporting and enhancing applications and data processes, delivering detailed reporting, and collaborating with business partners from requirements to post-implementation support.

The candidate will work with Power BI/Fabric, SQL Server, Databricks, and .NET, performing variance analysis and contributing to firm-wide reporting and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience with Power BI/Fabric, SQL Server, Databricks and .NET across projects.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

Support and enhance proprietary in-house and third-party applications and data processes.
Collaborate with business partners through the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
Provide onsite support to business partners on a rotational basis until office closes.
Work with Microsoft technologies, focusing on complex SQL queries and procedures.
Troubleshoot issues with urgency and accuracy.
Contribute to data extract automation, firm-wide reporting enhancements, and report/app improvements.
Engage with business partners to understand needs and gather detailed requirements.
