Job summary

Magnit Global is seeking a Fabric Developer level professional for a remote role. You will work autonomously and in a team, translating large data into clear narratives using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.

A strong drive to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment is essential. The role requires 3–4+ years in data analytics, BI, or data engineering, with hands-on Power BI experience from ingestion to visualization.

Qualifications

• A Degree in Computer Science is essential.
• Experience with Python.
• Microsoft certifications: DP-600 or DP-700 required; PL-300 optional.

Responsibilities

• 3-4+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data engineering.
• Hands‑on experience building end‑to‑end Power BI solutions, within Microsoft Fabric.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric artifacts (DF Gen2, Lakehouse, Deployment Pipelines, Notebooks).
• Demonstrable knowledge of optimizing DAX queries and Power BI models for performance and scalability.
• Excellent knowledge of data modelling best practices.
• Experience in enterprise data platforms or digital transformation projects.
• 1st generation PBI roll experience (desirable) and implementation.
