Job summary

Gravity IT Resources is seeking an experienced BIDeveloper (Fabric / Power BI) in Charlotte, NC (onsite). The role focuses on supporting and enhancing applications and data processes, delivering detailed reporting, and collaborating with business partners from requirements to post-implementation support.

The candidate will work with Power BI/Fabric, SQL Server, Databricks, and .NET, performing variance analysis and contributing to firm-wide reporting and automation initiatives.

We are seeking an experiencedDeveloper to join our team, focusing on supporting and enhancing proprietary in-house and third-party applications and data processes. This role involves performing variance analysis andprovidingdetailed reportingto the entire firm. The Developer will work directly with business partners throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support. Additionally, the role includes providing onsite support to business partners on a rotational basis until business closes for the day. The groups' technology stack primarily consists ofMicrosoft Power BI/Fabric, SQL Server, Databricks, and .NET.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support and enhance proprietary in-house and third-party applications and data processes.

• Collaborate with business partners throughout the development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.

• Provide onsite support to business partners on a rotational basis until business closes for the day.

• Work with a range of Microsoft technologies, primarily focusing on complex SQL queries and procedures.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with a strong sense of urgency.

• Contributetodata extract automation and delivery, firm-wide reporting structure enhancements, report development, and application enhancements.

• Sit with business partners to understand their needs and confidently ask questions to gather detailed requirements.
