Job summary

Liberty Health is seeking a Business Intelligence Developer II to implement analytics practices that improve decision-making and efficiency. You will translate business requirements into BI solutions, and partner with leaders to deliver dashboards and reports using Python and Microsoft BI stack.

The role involves collaborating with development teams, maintaining data warehouses, and documenting data requirements and processes. Strong T-SQL and GIT skills are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or related field.
• 2+ years of BI development experience.
• Proficient in T-SQL development.
• Proficient in BI development methods and techniques.
• Proficient in data structures and database management.
• Proficient in customer service techniques.
• Proficient in Git version control.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing analytics practices to improve decision-making and performance.
• Gather requirements from business users and define how to present BI information.
• Develop dashboards, reports and queries using Python and Microsoft BI tools (Fabric, Power BI, Azure Data Factory pipelines, Power Apps, Power Automate, SSAS, SSRS).
• Collaborate with development team to build reports and advanced analytics using data warehousing concepts.
• Create and maintain documentation including requirements, design specs and data dictionaries.
