Summary

Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions, an Interpath Laboratory and Praxis Health sister company, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer. This role involves troubleshooting data issues, ensuring data accuracy, and designing reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with BI tools like Azure Synapse and Power BI, and a commitment to data integrity.

The starting salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor data refreshes in Power BI, SSIS, and Azure Synapse; resolve failures to ensure seamless operation.
2. Troubleshoot performance issues and recommend improvements.
3. Design reports and dashboards aligned with customer needs and business goals.
4. Extract and analyze data using Excel or Power BI, ensuring high accuracy.
5. Test BI solutions for data reliability and prevent issues before deployment.
6. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST with core hours from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with flexibility.
7. Perform additional duties as needed to support team and organizational goals.
8. Attend work consistently and punctually, remotely or on-site.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to learn quickly, take initiative, and improve processes.
• Analytical and troubleshooting skills focused on proactive solutions.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to data quality.

Technical Expertise

• Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Visual Studio, SSMS.
• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts like star schema and data modeling.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.
• Experience with Azure Synapse or Microsoft Fabric.
• Proficient in SQL query writing and optimization.
• Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate/Apps) is a plus.
• Healthcare data experience is preferred.
