Summary: Adaugeo Healthcare Solutions, an Interpath Laboratory and Praxis Health sister company, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer. This role involves troubleshooting data-related issues, ensuring data accuracy, and designing reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with modern BI tools like Azure Synapse and Power BI, and a commitment to data integrity. The individual should deliver excellent customer service and proactively address challenges.

The starting salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Monitor data refreshes within Power BI, SSIS data integrations, and Azure Synapse data pipelines, resolving failures promptly.
2. Identify and troubleshoot performance issues, recommending solutions to improve system performance.
3. Design reports and dashboards aligned with customer needs and business goals.
4. Extract and analyze data using Excel or Power BI, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
5. Test BI solutions for data accuracy before deployment.
6. Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, with flexibility as long as core hours (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM) are covered.
7. Perform additional duties as needed to support team and organizational objectives.
8. Attend work consistently and punctually, whether remote or on-site, following policies.

Minimum Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to quickly absorb information and improve processes proactively.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills focused on proactive solutions.
• Attention to detail to ensure data integrity and quality.

Technical Expertise

• Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Visual Studio, and SSMS.
• Knowledge of data warehouse concepts like star schema and data modeling.
• At least 3 years of experience with SSIS, SSRS, and Power BI.
• Experience with Azure Synapse and/or Microsoft Fabric is essential.
• Proficient in SQL query writing and optimization.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is a plus.
• Healthcare industry data experience is preferred.
