Job summary

NextDeavor, in partnership with Adobe, is seeking a BI Developer 3 for a contract opportunity in Lehi, Utah. You will design and deliver actionable BI solutions that empower data-driven decisions across the organization.

You'll partner with stakeholders, analytics, and engineering teams to define KPIs, scope BI projects, and translate requirements into reliable reporting using Power BI, Databricks, SQL Server, and Python. This role supports enterprise-wide reporting and data modeling efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• Strong experience with Power BI and dashboard/report development.
• Experience with Databricks and SQL Server / T-SQL.
• Proficient in SQL and data modeling; ETL development and data warehousing.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Build and optimize data models within Databricks and SQL Server environments.
• Develop and maintain ETL processes to automate data ingestion and data flows.
• Analyze complex datasets and present actionable insights to support business decision-making.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to improve reporting workflows and operational efficiency.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance across reporting solutions.
• Scope, prioritize, and deliver BI projects in a timely manner.
• Document processes, data models, and reporting standards.

• Experience with data visualization and performance optimization
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or related discipline preferred (or equivalent practical experience)

Pay Range

$47.89 - $59.86/hour
