Job summary

MAXIMUS is recruiting for a Delivery Management role focused on end-to-end BI/delivery initiatives within a complex organisation. You will support delivery planning, tracking, and governance across multiple teams to ensure scope, time, and quality expectations are met.

You will work within a PMO-like function, applying agile or structured delivery methods, managing incidents and risks, and providing clear updates to stakeholders. UK-wide travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering data, BI, or digital initiatives to agreed scope, time and quality.
• Experience in delivery, operations, or programme roles within large organisations with competing priorities.
• PMO or delivery management experience in agile environments.
• Strong planning, prioritisation, and capacity management with resource trade-offs.

Responsibilities

• Supports delivery by maintaining plans, trackers, and status updates.
• Escalates risks and issues to BI leadership and delivery leads.
• Monitors and ensures continuity of day-to-day BI operations and reporting.
• Maintains delivery frameworks, standards, and governance artifacts.
• Leads or coordinates BI Administrators and delivery teams for reliable service.
• Creates transparent delivery information for stakeholders.
