Job summary

Continental Properties is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our Data Management team in Menomonee Falls, WI. You will design Power BI dashboards, enable self-service analytics, and collaborate with stakeholders to convert data into actionable insights.

You’ll ensure data quality and governance while supporting AI initiatives across reports and data products. You will work on data-driven decisions, develop governed datasets, and continuously improve reporting approaches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business, Finance or similar quantitative field preferred.
• 2+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or other analytical role.
• Strong experience developing reports and dashboards with data visualization.
• Experience using Power BI (strongly preferred), Tableau, Looker, or Qlik.
• Experience or interest in using AI tools (e.g., Claude) for data solutions.
• Strong communication skills; able to explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Working knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts (Snowflake a plus).

Responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets.
• Contribute to reusable, governed datasets for self-service analytics.
• Analyze data to uncover trends and provide actionable insights.
• Partner with business users to gather requirements and deliver reporting solutions.
• Validate data sources, define metrics, and support AI readiness across reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and data storytelling.
