Continental Properties in Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to join the Data Management team. You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, build governed datasets, and contribute to data products that support AI tools like Claude.

You will partner with business users, validate data quality, and drive insights to improve performance. The role requires 2+ years in BI or analytics, a Bachelor's in a quantitative field, strong SQL, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or other analytical role.
• Strong experience developing reports and dashboards with data visualization.
• Familiarity with SQL, data warehousing concepts, ETL/ELT, and cloud data warehouses.

Responsabilités

• Power BI development: design, maintain, and troubleshoot dashboards and datasets.
• Self-service enablement: create governed datasets and data products for business users.
• Data analysis & insights: identify trends, anomalies, and key drivers for actionable recommendations.
• Stakeholder collaboration: gather requirements and translate data into actionable insights.
• Data quality, governance & AI readiness: validate sources and define metrics for consistent use across reports and AI tools.
