Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. is building a fast-moving Data & Analytics function to modernize data delivery across the organization. The role focuses on BI development and governance, delivering Power BI dashboards and enterprise analytics solutions.

The ideal candidate will blend BI development with data engineering experience, designing scalable dashboards and reliable data pipelines using Microsoft Fabric to enable trusted insights for senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in IT or related field; or HS diploma with 4 years of health data reporting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/data science or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into analytical BI problems and dashboards.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards in Power BI.
• Ensure data accuracy by comparing source systems and models.
• Maintain data quality, performance, and usability.
• Document metrics, data lineage, and report specifications.
• Collaborate with data engineers and system owners on data integrations.
• Support governance, data quality initiatives, and data culture.
