CommunityCare HMO Inc. in Tulsa, Oklahoma is seeking a Data Engineer to expand, optimize and monitor our data and data pipelines. You will partner with software engineers, database architects and data analysts to ensure scalable data delivery across ongoing projects.

The role focuses on building and maintaining data pipelines, assembling large datasets, automating processes, and enhancing the data delivery infrastructure for improved analytics and operational metrics.

Qualifications

• Build processes supporting data transformation, data structures, metadata, dependency and workload management.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Successful completion of Health Care Sanctions background check.

Responsabilités

• Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture to support our next generation of products and data initiatives.
• Assemble large, complex data sets that meet functional business requirements.
• Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability.
• Experience in the development of SSIS, ETL and other standardized data management tools.
• Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency and other key business performance metrics.
• Performs other job-related duties as required.
