Hybrid role with onsite work three days weekly, collaborating with global teams to deliver dashboards and analytical deliverables.

Applicants should have 3–5 years of relevant experience and proficiency in Power BI, SQL, and other analytics tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of healthcare or related industry experience.
• Proficiency in analytics tools such as Qlik, Snowflake, Salesforce, SAP, Power BI, SQL, Python, or R.
• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong time management.
• Hybrid work arrangement with onsite Lake Zurich, IL three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze commercial, operational and market data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and risks.
• Develop and manage reporting templates, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate insights clearly.
• Ensure the quality and readiness of analytical outputs, including data validation.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, contracting, finance and IT to deliver tailored solutions.
• Support strategic initiatives and ad-hoc analyses and scenario modeling.
