Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in dataanalytics, business intelligence, data visualization, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience using Tableau to developinteractive dashboards and compelling visualizations.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and experience workingwith relational databases and complex datasets.
• Experience performing data analysis to identifytrends, patterns, anomalies, and actionable insights.
• Experience gathering requirements andtranslating business questions into analytical and reporting solutions.
• Understanding of data visualization principles,dashboard design, and reporting best practices.
• Working knowledge of data modeling and therelationships between source data, analytical datasets, and reporting solutions.
• Ability to communicate analytical and technicalconcepts clearly to non-technical audiences.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud,including publishing, permissions, data sources, extracts, and dashboardperformance optimization.
• Familiarity with data warehouses, data lakes,and modern analytics architecture.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server and/or SAPASE/IQ.
• Experience working with large or complex datasets from multiple systems.
• Experience supporting data governance, metricdefinitions, data quality, or reporting standards.
• Tableau Certified Data Analyst or similarcertification.
• Experience with Python or R for data analysis,data preparation, or automation.
