Job summary

AFL is seeking a BI Co-Op in Duncan to work with stakeholders and technical teams on reporting, analytics and data visualization. You will translate requirements into dashboards and reports, gaining hands-on experience in data modeling, report creation and data quality initiatives.

You will use Power BI and related tools to support operational improvements while collaborating with business leaders and IT professionals.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum GPA 2.75.
Willing to commit to three semesters, rotating between AFL and school.
Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Meet with business users to understand reporting requirements.
Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.
Support data collection, cleaning, transformation, and validation for accurate reporting.
Analyze business data to identify trends and insights for decision-making.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate data into visualizations and reports.
Assist with data modeling and report design to support decisions.
Help monitor and troubleshoot reporting and data quality issues.
Document reporting specifications, processes, and data sources.
Contribute to continuous improvement through data analysis and performance insights.
