Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a BI Business Analyst to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams. You will gather requirements, analyze data, and build dashboards and analytics solutions to support informed decision-making across the organization.

You’ll collaborate with IT and data teams, ensure data quality and governance, and provide training and documentation for BI tools. Strong SQL, MicroStrategy/Tableau experience, and hospitality industry context are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, BI, reporting, or analytics.
• Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data.
• Experience with MicroStrategy or Tableau for dashboards and reports.
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, processes, KPIs, and data definitions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand objectives, reporting needs, and challenges.
• Translate requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions.
• Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, risks, and insights.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations.
• Collaborate with IT and data teams to improve data quality and automation.
