Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts Company is seeking a BI Analyst to lead end-to-end data visualization efforts. You will gather business requirements, build data sets and dashboards, and partner with Finance and technology teams to turn data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities include translating business questions into specs, maintaining dashboards in Looker, Tableau, and Power BI, validating data quality, and presenting results to leadership. On-site role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Data Visualization or Data Science, or 7 years of related experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Hospitality/Tourism, Retail, Food & Beverage, Sports/Entertainment, or Amusement Park experience.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel; strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business users to gather BI and reporting requirements.
• Translate questions into technical specifications for reporting and analysis.
• Develop, design, and maintain dashboards and reports in BI tools.
• Validate data accuracy and data source definitions; ensure consistent results.
• Present findings to business teams and leadership; drive adoption of tools.
