Job summary

Credico is seeking a BI Developer to support reporting, analytics, and business intelligence needs across campaigns and client accounts. You will work with stakeholders to understand requirements, analyze performance trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate has BI analytics experience and strong SQL skills, with familiarity in Qlik Sense, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

Qualifications

• Experience gathering reporting needs from business stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze data and translate findings into insights.
• Experience with enterprise data warehouses or structured reporting environments.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams and clients to gather analytics requirements.
• Scope, build, test, and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Analyze campaign and performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure business performance.
• Validate data accuracy and perform quality checks on outputs.
• Present findings to stakeholders in a business-friendly manner.
• Support ongoing improvements to BI processes and data definitions.
